Highlights: This is the largest house we’ve built, with over 5,000 square feet of interior space. It features luxury finishes, a modern design with striking volumes, and dreamlike interior stairs.

Highlights: This was the first house built by the company, designed by one of the most famous architects in Honduras. It is a spectacular home with travertine finishes, aluminum handrails, textured surfaces, and cabinetry made from San Juan wood.

Highlights: A building with a concrete structure and wooden walls lined with DensGlass and drywall. This project includes a 50,000-gallon cistern, and the finishes will feature a brutalist style.

Location: Lawson Rock
Highlights: The only house built and designed by ICS, featuring a modern style with luxury finishes. It includes cantilevered stairs with gray microcement, a massive walk-in closet with an integrated island, showers with high-end porcelain tiles, the largest kitchen ever built by the company, and exterior louvers made of aluminum designed to resemble wood.

Location: Lawson Rock
Highlights: This project, located in a mini-resort, consists of two stages: remodeling and construction.
In the first stage, the bathrooms in the main house of the resort owners were remodeled, completely replacing outdated finishes with modern luxury finishes in white and warm tones, including glass walls in the showers.
In the second stage, two wooden island-style cabins were constructed, designed to match the other cabins in the resort.
RENOVATIONS
Renovations involve updating or improving existing spaces to enhance their functionality, appearance, and value. This can include minor changes, like repainting or new fixtures, or major projects, such as structural modifications or system upgrades. Renovations breathe new life into spaces, aligning them with modern standards and personal preferences.
